Measured Daytime Field Intensities in the United States, at VLF, LF, and MF.

Abstract

Measurement data showing the observed daytime field intensities of WWVL (20 kHz) and WWVB (60 kHz), the time and frequency standard radio stations operated by the National Bureau of Standards, of AB6XD (190 kHz) a special test transmitter which was installed in Detroit, Michigan, and of the following commercial radio stations, operating in the MF band: WIS, WQAM, KROD, WDAF, WNBC, KNBR, WGN, WMC, WCBS, WRNL, WDAY, KOMO, KSL, and WGUY. A limited amount of data showing the observed seasonal variations in the signal levels is also included. (Author)
