Analog Simulation of Satellite Magnetic Attitude Stabilization.

Abstract

This is an engineering report on an analog computer simulation of Earth satellite attitude control using electromagnetic stabilization with enhanced magnetic hysteresis damping. Background for the simulation is given, followed by a presentation of equations used. The equations are developed into a block diagram that is, in turn, mechanized into an analog computer simulation. The report discusses the simulation in the details of its mechanization and use, including difficult areas. (Author)
