Sensitivity Analyses of Profitability Index Computations.

Abstract

Various types of sensitivity analyses are described by using a simple example in which the area of a parallelogram is estimated from imprecise measurements. These types cover a wide spectrum of possibilities, extending from simple to sophisticated. Then all of these types are applied to the estimation of a profitability index for a possible modernization in which three buildings are to be replaced by a single new structure. (Author)
