Anomalous Water.

Abstract

This report summarizes work on an anomalous form of water said to be made up of groups of water molecules bonded together. The original discovery was in Russia, and work continues in both UK and Russia. Directors of present investigations are indicated, and implications of this discovery are discussed. (Author)
