Development of Avalanche Oscillators at 10 GHz and 18.3 GHz.

Abstract

The wide-tuning range X-band oscillator was completed and provided 2 to 3 GHz of tuning with the maximum power levels exceeding 300 mW. The 18-GHz oscillators provided power levels exceeding 200 mW from 18 to 19 GHz. (Author)
