Optoelectronic Switch Array.

Abstract

The report presents the third quarter work performed in the development of an optoelectronic switch array. The report is divided into four parts. Part 1 describes the circuit masks and the substrate mask which have been completed. Part 2 discusses the SOS process and initial processing of the OSA circuits. Part 3 describes the mechanical design of the OSA package including the printed circuit board, the ceramic hybrid board, the electronics and battery, and the housing. (Author)
