The SKV-1 Stereocomparator

Abstract

Reasons for the development of a Russian stereocomparator are discussed in so far as they pertain to obtaining greatest convenience and accuracy in performing all processes involved in making measurements from aerial photographs for constructing spatial photogrammetric nets. The instrument is described, and its specifications are listed, as are the results of an investigation of the instrument's accuracy.
