Production Engineering Measure for Subminiature High-Reliability Ceramic Capacitors.

Abstract

The report describes in detail the initial steps taken to start a new production run of type CKR12BX103MS, 10,000 pF-100V capacitors. A new production screening test is discussed, and its use is illustrated with an example of DC voltage equation application to a typical capacitor production run. The preparation of a prototype production mill, its electrical checkout, and final approval of the formulation are also included with appropriate data findings. (Author)
