Frequency Response Study of Nonlinear Networks by Parameter Plane Techniques.

Abstract

The use of parameter plane curves of output voltage magnitude versus one of the parameters as a means of obtaining the frequency response of nonlinear networks was investigated for networks containing one nonlinear element, which was a function of the magnitude of the voltage across it. The results obtained were checked by digital simulation and it may be concluded that the method is reliable. The method was also presented as a way of obtaining information for the reshaping of network frequency response by introduction of the proper nonlinear elements. (Author)
