Evaluation of Elapsed Time Meters.
Abstract
This report covers prequalification tests on a new design of electro-mechanical elapsed time meter. The meter, although provided with only two terminals, will operate from any D-C or A-C source of power from 20 to 130 volts, at any frequency up to 500 hz. (Author)
