Investigations of the Thermostability of the Virus of Lymphocytic Choriomeningitis

Abstract

The stability of LCM virus was tested under conditions that seemed significant for the future development of a method of neutralization. Neither 10% mouse brain suspensions nor dilution series made with various liquids showed a noteworthy titer loss after 24 hours at freezer temperatures.
