Abstract

Electron beam interactions with semiconductors: Efforts to obtain the velocity field characteristics for electrons in indium antimonide are reported. Electron beam interactions with stripline P-N junction devices: A theoretical evaluation of the output current, voltage, and power capabilities of lumped-diode beam-junction devices is presented.
