Studies of Freezing Nuclei Using an Airborne Nucleus Counter.

Abstract

The first part of this report describes the development of techniques and modifications for the NCAR-Bollay ice nucleus counter, field applications, and meteorological findings. The second part describes the design recommendations for future nucleus counters that will eliminate the limitations on current models. (Author)
