Design of an Audio Delay Equalizer.

Abstract

The report presents methods utilized to design two specific delay equalizers using constant resistance lattice networks. The procedure utilized is based on the potential analog method of network synthesis. A set of equalizer design curves was computed. These curves give estimates of the type of delay characteristics one obtains using cascaded constant resistant sections. The effect of varying certain constants and section spacing (pole/zero configuration) is presented in these design curves. (Author)
