Energy Distribution of Electrons in Very High Frequency Discharges in Hydrogen,

Abstract

A previous paper described a method of investigation for experimental studies of some of the characteristics of high frequency discharge in hydrogen in which some of the approximate results were reported. In this paper these results are discussed in more detail.
