Atlas/Agena Missile 105D Incident Investigation Report Partial Bulkhead Reversal on 28 June 1961.
Abstract
During maintenance operations in the Atlas/Agena Missile Assembly Building (MAB) the intermediate bulkhead on Atlas/Agena Missile 105 D was partially reversed. The incident occurred during maintenance operations in preparation for replacement of a defective fuel prevalve. Investigation into the cause and extent of damage was initiated. (Author)
