Broadband High Burnout Solid State Integrated X-Band Limiter and Balanced Mixer.

Abstract

A broadband C - X-band integrated Schottky diode balanced mixer and varactor limiter was developed. When both units are connected, they are capable of withstanding peak powers of 100 watts and have a noise figure of 8 dB max. The operating band width of this microwave component combination is from 3.5 - 10.5 GHz. (Author)
