An Integrated Engineering and Service Test of System, Storage, Hasty, 10,000-Barrel Capacity was conducted to determine the technical performance and safety characteristics of the system and its associated tools and equipment as described in the QMR and as indicated by the particular design; and to determine the suitability of the system and its maintenance package for use by the Army.
