Initial Production Test of Crane-Shovel, Crawler Mounted, 12-1/2-Ton, Contract No. DAAK01-67-C-C372.
Abstract
Test objectives were to determine if the operational, performance, and maintenance characteristics of the 12-1/2-ton crane-shovel meet user requirements and if the crane-shovel can be adequately maintained at operator and organizational maintenance levels with tools and manuals available. Testing consisted of typical crane missions which included an accumulative total of 1,004.9 operational test hours for two test items.
