Semiconductor Radiation Detectors Made in Czechoslovakia,

Abstract

In 1965, the applied research and the development of the design and technology of semiconductor radiation detectors were finished in the Research Institute of Nuclear Instruments of the Tesla-Pardubice National Enterprise. The main types of these detectors were produced in the pilot plant of the Institute from 1966. A brief review is given of the main types of this kind of detectors, and of their properties and parameters.
