The Effect of Excess Antistructural Bi on the Heat Conductivity of Crystal Lattice Bi2Te3, Bi2Te3-Sb2Te3 and Bi2Te3-Bi2S3 with Added Iodine,

Abstract

The heat resistant of iodine-doped Bi2Te3, Bi2Te3-Sb2Te3 and Bi2Te3-Bi2S3 has been measured. It has been established that the law of additivity for the heat resistance generated by the added iodine has not been fulfilled. The deviation of this law can be explained by the presence of excess Bi in the material under investigation, which occupies the Te places in an antistructural manner. (Author)
