Effect of Magnetic Dip-Angle and Azimuth-Angle Variations on Mode Numbering at VLF.

Abstract

A study was made to determine the effect of the earth's magnetic field on vlf radio wave propagation. Particularly, investigate through numerical modeling the effect of variations in dip angle and azimuth angle on the vlf mode structure for highly anisotropic ionospheres. (Author)
