Storable Concentrated Hydrogen Perioxide.

Abstract

Concentrated hydrogen peroxide has been stored in 5 gallon containers for periods over1 year at 25 o C with active oxygen loss by decomposition of less than 0.1% per year. The containers were boro-silicate type glass vessels, Aclar lined vessels, electroplatedtin lined vessels or type 1260 aluminum vessels. These materials were used todemonstrate the purity achieved and the applicability of these surfaces for storagecontainers for hydrogen peroxide. (Author, modified-PL)
