TESLA K13A VHF G/A Receiver,

Abstract

The article describes in detail the operation and components of the TESLA K13A communications receiver. The receiver can pick up A 1, FM and AM. It is composed of 2 basic parts: the receiver itself and its power supply. The receiver is composed of 2 RF stages, a mixer, four multipliers, an oscillator, a crystal oscillator, two crystal IF oscillators, five IF stages, an AM detector, two limiters and a discriminator, an AVC amplifier, an AVC detector, a device for measuring the electron tubes, a volume control, an AM-FM switch, a low-frequency amplifier and a power amplifier. The supply portion consists of a 220V or 120V ac network source along with a 13.2 V storage battery which can take over if the ac network is cut off. The loudspeaker is carried with the power supply.
