Proposed Technical Approach for Obtaining TEMPO Planning Factors.
Abstract
The report describes research required in order to develop planning factors which identify the change in maintenance, utilities, and transportation support required at a naval shore field activity. Examples of equations are provided which could be obtained based on data expressing the needs of an activity at the branch level. (Author)
