Results of Department of Defense Cost Research Survey.

Abstract

This survey presents the results of a canvas of cost research activities recently completed by the Military Departments. It was the intent to include reports on all work, whether done in-house or by contractors, which would be of interest to analysts responsible for estimating the costs of major weapon systems or their related support. This survey includes work which may also have other applications. However, some otherwise worthwhile studies which would have only limited applicability to cost analysis were excluded from this publication. (Author)
