Development and Application of Light Activated Silicon Switches.
Abstract
The report discusses a program to determine the practicability of a light activated silicon switch in a prototype modulator circuit application. The work is to include improvement of a device design, previously developed, testing and evaluation of devices, design and development of an optical triggering system for synchronous multiple triggering, and design, development and delivery of a prototype modulator circuit incorporating these light activated silicon switches.
