Packaged System Storability Test Articles.
Abstract
The fabrication and acceptance testing of hardware which are representative of established fabrication procedures of 301 stainless steel tankage and integrated 304 stainless steel expulsion diaphragms are described in this document. Six 11.5 inch nominal diameter spherical tanks with an integrally welded wire reinforced positive expulsion diaphragm and thirty 2 inch diameter cylindrical tanks which contain approximately 20 cubic inches of volume were fabricated. Of the latter, fifteen were of aged material and fifteen were of unaged material. (Author)
