The Contribution to a Velocity-Gauge Measurement of a Noncompressible Fluid in a Turbulent Flow,

Abstract

Turbulent pulsations in a fluid affect not only the mean value of the dynamic pressure, but also the instantaneous direction of the flow. This paper analyzes the influence of changes on precision or deviation of the measurement for the usual types of velocity probes employed in laboratories and technical use. (Author)
