Abstract

The procedures given in this paper describe the techniques developed during the research and development phase for the molding of asbestos-phenolic components, forward heat barrier, nozzle heat barrier, retainer ;lug, and pressurization ring for the Rocket Motor MARK 61 MOD 0; and provide a guide to the state of cure which is necessary to achieve the required dimensional stability.
