Undersea Studies with the Deep Research Vehicle STAR III.
Abstract
The manned submersible STAR III was used to conduct a series of 21 dives off Key West, Florida in March 1967. The purpose of the operation was to evaluate the STAR III system as a platform from which to conduct underwater photogrammetric and various surveying tasks. (Author)
