Abstract

The Electromagnetic Compatibility Analysis Center (ECAC) is a Department of Defense facility, established to provide advice and assistance on electromagnetic compatibility matters to the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the military departments and other DOD components. This document is issued to inform frequency managers, research and development personnel, military operational staffs, and others who are concerned with electromagnetic compatibility and radio frequency interference of the data and services available at this Center.
