Scan-Converter Display. Volume I. Technical Description

Abstract

This report describes a scan converter CRT cockpit indicator unit (IPX/-APQ-116) for the A7 A/B aircraft for display of radar information from the present AN/APQ-116 Radar and TV information from the Walleye missile. The indicator is a direct replacement both mechanically and electrically for the present A7 direct view storage tube indicator (IP799/APQ-116).
