Modification and Qualification Testing of FMU-68/B Fuze Crowns.
Abstract
Investigation of the FMU-68/B fuze by an Air Force Fuze Safety Committee culminated in a recommendation which defined a need for improved ground handling safety. This report describes safety modifications incorporated in the fuze and details tests performed on the modified fuzes to prove the validity of the new design. (Author)
