A Program for the Study of the Effects of Magnetic Storms and Micropulsations on Magnetic Airborne Detectors.

Abstract

A program to study the effects of magnetic storms and micropulsation activity on magnetic airborne detectors used aboard U. S. Naval aircraft is presented. The reasons for the study, the equipment to be employed, the data processing to be done, and the eventual aims of the study are discussed. (Author)
