6F Hydraulic Failure Analysis Test,

Abstract

The report covers results of tests conducted to investigate a sustainer hydraulic system failure which occurred at approximately booster cut-off on Missile 6F. Simulated leak tests were conducted on the sustainer hydraulic system of tail section test stand number 3, (TSTS3) to assist in the flight data analysis and to determine possible causes and locations of the hydraulic failure.
