Theoretical Investigation of Bulk Semiconductor Techniques for Application to Phased Array Microwave Devices.

Abstract

The objectives of the contract are: to conduct a predominantly theoretical investigation of bulk semiconductor techniques with a view towards development of devices applicable to phased array microwave devices. The following general topics were investigated: (1) Wave propagation studies in semiconductors; (2) Coupled-mode instabilities and current oscillations in germanium. (Author)
