Millimeter Wave Oscillations in GaAs Using the LSA Mode.

Abstract

The report deals with the investigation of high power oscillations in bulk n-type GaAs in the 10-70 GHz frequency range. The objectives were to obtain high peak pulsed power and efficiency as well as an understanding of the effects of the circuit on the device operation. (Author)
