Meteorological Conditions for Advanced Land Combat Missile Systems,

Abstract

The report contains information on meteorological criteria for advanced missile systems. The factors affecting the missile systems are discussed first, and the present state of the art is described. After some outlook of the anticipated available research results in the 1975-85 time frame, some special problems, such as the derivation of the climatological data, low level wind, ballistic meteorological variability, and visibility factors, are treated.
