Electrostatic Charging in F Series Atlas Fuel System

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the probability of the existence of an electrostatic charging hazard in the F series Atlas fuel transfer system. A further intention was to investigate test procedures to evaluate the degree of the problem and possible solutions if a hazard seemed probable.
