V/STOL Flight Test Instrumentation Requirements for Extraction of Aerodynamic Coefficients. Volume II.

Abstract

From information previously reported, a preliminary system performance/design requirements specification has been developed for a high accuracy flight test instrumentation system. The performance, design, development, and test requirements are established for the airborne and ground based subsystems comprising a complete data acquisition, reduction, and processing system. Except for limited development of measurement techniques, software, and hardware, the system uses existing state-of-the-art equipment and design practices. (Author)
