Development Program for the Centaur Intermediate Bulkhead.
Abstract
This report outlines the approach to be taken in the development of a new Centaur integral bulkhead. It prescribes the over-all plan for design development and test programs for an improved bulkhead configuration for flight vehicles. Detailed test plans will be prepared for each test article to fulfill the general requirements stipulated in this report. (Author)
