Abstract
The document is volume 2 of a notebook that describes techniques by which the cost and effectiveness of modern-day weapon systems may be evaluated. It is the purpose of the notebook to present current state-of-the-art of system/cost effectiveness, to develop proper foundations for system/cost effectiveness concepts and to make recommendations pertinent to the future technological needs of the effectiveness discipline. The techniques offered are based on the results of general studies in the areas of technical, cost and management disciplines. (Author)
