The Domino 30 - A Tactical Low Altitude Search and Designation Radar,

Abstract

The DOMINO 30 is a coherent, crystal-controlled, pulsed doppler, L-Band, search radar enabling the detection of aircraft within the volume of airspace formed by the rotation in the horizontal plane through 360 degrees of the vertical surface bounded by the radar, the 30 Km range line, the 35 degrees elevation line and the 5000 meter altitude line. The radar will detect targets whose radial speeds are 30 to 500 meters/second. The antenna rotates at 45 rpm. (Author)
