Final Qualification Tests Conducted on Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company Self-Sealing Nose Fuel Cell Construction FTL-11-4 for the F-89D Airplane.

Abstract

A gunfire test, hot slosh test and a ninety day stand test were conducted on the fuel cell. It was concluded that the test item was satisfactory for use in F-89D aircraft.
