Analysis of Career Plans of Fire Control Technician M (Surface Missile Fire Control) 6-Year Obligors.

Abstract

The objective was to ascertain the naval career plans of six-year obligors in the fire control technician M (Surface missile fire control) rating, and to obtain a better understanding of the reasons for these plans. Various analyses were made of the responses to a 48-item survey questionnaire by eligible respondents to whom the questionnaire had been mailed directly. (Author)
