Isolation of Antibodies from the Antigen-Antibody Complex by Ultrasound (Vydelenie Antitel iz Kompleksa Antigen-Antitelo pri Pomoshchi Ultrazvuka)

Abstract

The antibody preparations obtained were free of unspecific serum proteins, heterologous antibodies and also antigens of the immune adsorbent. The antibodies isolated retained their immunological specificity.
