Vulnerability of the Albuquerque Sanitary Sewerage and Storm Drainage Systems.

Abstract

This report assesses the vulnerability of the Albuquerque sewerage and storm drainage systems to damage from a hypothetical nuclear weapon attack. Probable damage to facilities and personnel casualties are considered, as well as the possible loss of support from interrelated systems. Based on the damage and casualty predictions, the postattack capabilities are evaluated and these capabilities are discussed in relation to postattack requirements. (Author)
