Service Test of Functional Uniform for Armored Vehicle Crewmen (Winter).

Abstract

Test objective was to determine the suitability of the winter functional uniform for US Army use. Testing was conducted on armored vehicles including M113 Series Armored Personnel Carriers, M60 Series Tanks, M114 Series Command and Reconnaissance Carriers, and the M551 Armored Reconnaissance/Airborne Assault Vehicles for a total of 83 wear days and 22 launderings.
