The Hypersonic Aerodynamic Characteristics of the Gemini Re-Entry Module Based on a Statistical Analysis of Wind Tunnel Test Data,

Abstract

A set of hypersonic aerodynamic characteristics has been obtained for the Gemini re-entry module by a least squares curve fit of the appropriate ground test data to equation forms which are based on the related flow phenomena and simulation requirements.
